This circular walk showcases the best to be had in the area on canal footpaths, across fields and through woodland. A short ascent from the canal to Upper Westwood before descending to Iford and the River Frome valley. Passing by Friary and through Friary Woods to eat your lunch at Freshford. Down to the River Frome and onto Avoncliffe Viaduct to return following the River Avon through County Park to the start. Refreshments available at the K&A Canal Café at the end.
