For those who are already Nordic Walkers, this is an opportunity to use your poles on different terrains. Led by an instructor from the British Nordic Walking Association. The session will comprise a warm-up, technique instruction and an observed/ tutored walk of about 5 miles. Poles can be provided or bring your own.
