St John Ambulance will provide hands on demonstrations to help you deal with a first aid emergency. Refresh your CPR, use a defibrillator and understand how best to deal with other issues. There will be two FREE sessions held in The Springfield Community Campus – each lasting about an hour. The course is aimed primarily at adults with 20 places available at each session.
